Although CÉGH.HU Kft. is a well-equipped company, it lacked an earthmoving machine with which it could have successfully completed the massive municipal sidewalk and sewer network construction orders, as well as the foundation and fence construction tasks coming from the private sector. The investment was realized, a SUNWARD SWE20F high-tech excavator was purchased and put into operation, with which, in the long term, in addition to maximizing profit  is able to ensure the continuous fulfillment of the construction needs presented above.

By conducting the "Strategic and Business Planning" training, included as a cost, the project owner was able to quickly respond to the economic emergency that occurs permanently due to the pandemic and other unforeseen circumstances. It is important that the given business can react to an unexpected emergency as quickly as possible, in order to be able to minimize the resulting losses. The inclusion of the cost item was justified by the acquisition of the skills presented above.
